We assist managing agents by providing a seamless recovery strategy in relation to the non payment of service charges, ground rent arrears and client administration charges. Our
managing agent clients provide instructions by e-transfer, fax and post.
We are able to issue pre-action demands to all late paying leaseholders within 24 hours of receipt of instructions.
The vast majority of accounts are paid without recourse to court proceedings and our fees are
paid by the defaulting tenants along with late payment interest and our clients' late payment
administration charges.
Minimal information is required to commence recovery action, for example, our clients provide
spreadsheets of the invoice dates and amounts of service charges and we can calculate penalty
interest from this information. Alternatively copy invoices or statements of accounts would suffice.
We do not accept anything less than the full amount owed including our charges, interest, client administration charges etc. unless our clients confirm otherwise.
